Each year on the 3rd Saturday in October, people all over the world gather in groups of all sizes to sing all kinds of songs, plus one song that we all sing.
Anyone, from shower singers

Celebrate World Singing Day with the CeleBRation Choir at the University of Auckland – community singing, informative talks, and a film.
Join us on World Singing Day at the University of Auckland for lively community singing with the CeleBRation Choir, a talk from speech science researcher, Dr Anna Miles, and a film screening of Sakshi Chadha’s wonderful documentary about the Choir, “Sing they all said, just sing”. Followed by light refreshments.
The CeleBRation Choir is a community singing group for adults who have communication difficulties related to an acquired neurological condition. The Choir links researchers and the community at the University of Auckland’s Centre for Research.
This free community event is hosted by the CeleBRation Choir, Alison Talmage RMTh and Prof Suzanne Purdy.
